Le Duc on the Road - Part X(a) - Cahir Castle

A lot of recent travel and some nice pics, and a lot of games over the next week or so...so here's a taster. There will be a full visit post on the castle, but here's the diorama of the 'Siege of Cahir Castle' in 1599 during Essex's brief campaign, beautifully done with 15mm figures.

    1. I know, right? It looked superb. I ogled it for ages - and had to force myself into not getting into yet another period.

    1. Really looked the part. With the formations and scaling, and even the fact that it was 15mm, the guy who did it must have been a wargamer. Must find out who did it.
